You’re here because something’s not working — anxiety, compulsions, relationship stress, emotional dysregulation, or maybe just a nagging sense that life feels off-track. You’re introspective, capable, and maybe even the go-to support for others — but you’re ready for support of your own. Whether you’re navigating identity, trauma, addiction, or a tough transition, I’m here to help you move from surviving to meaningfully living.

I’m Shawn Wood, LCSW, a licensed therapist in California, Texas, Massachusetts, Vermont, and North Dakota, and I’ve spent over a decade helping children, youth, and adults heal, grow, and reclaim a life that feels more like their own. I work virtually with clients across these states, offering a therapy experience that is warm, educational, evidence-based, and rooted in your values.
